Journal of Advanced Technology, Law, and Islamic Ethics (JALIE) is a peer-reviewed, international, and interdisciplinary journal dedicated to exploring the complex intersections between emerging technologies, legal frameworks, and Islamic ethical-legal thought. As society transitions into Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0, technological breakthroughs rapidly reshape human civilization. JALIE serves as a premier global forum for scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and Islamic jurists to critically examine how these advancements can be harmonized with both global legal standards and Islamic jurisprudential principles (Sharia & Maqashid al-Shariah).

JALIE is published three times per year, with issues released in April, August, and December.
