All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism (maximum 20% similarity), undergo double-blind peer review, and must not be submitted elsewhere simultaneously. Authors, reviewers, and editors must adhere to ethical standards including confidentiality, originality, and disclosure of conflicts of interest.
